“Aetatis Suae 17” means she was seventeen at the time. “Anno Domini 1813” is ‘the year of our lord 1813”. Not sure how that goes with the 1904 date in the bottom, but this might be after an earlier portrait of the young lady. The “Aetatis Suae” and the year were a common notation on portraits for a really long time, and across many countries.
